Shipping policy
Our goal is to provide you with the best shipping method, no matter where you live. Every day, we serve hundreds of customers around the world, ensuring that we always provide you with the highest level of responsiveness. You could get the shipping options with shipping rates and delivery times when you check out.
We process orders between Monday and Friday. Orders will be processed within 2 business days of ordering and shipped the next day after the processing day. Please note that we don't ship on weekends.
The typical delivery time frame is between 7 to 15 business days. However, you may receive your items earlier.
Although we use all reasonable means to ensure that your order is delivered within a specified time, we cannot accept any responsibility for late deliveries due to circumstances out of our control. We will do our best to inform you of any unexpected delay.
Free shipping do not guarantee delivery time and it is subjected to delay due to customs clearance especially during holiday.
All orders are shipped with a tracking number so you can track it every step of the way!

Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
Please be advised that your shipping address cannot be revised after the order has been placed successfully. However, before your order being shipped, we will try our best to help you to revise your shipping address. So please make sure that your shipping address is right and if you have any question, please feel free to contact us at: contact@handimod.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
HOW DO I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?
If you don’t receive our Customer Service team’s response for an extended period of time (24 hours on weekdays, 48 hours on weekend), please check your Contact email’s Spam folder. Our emails may have been filtered incorrectly by your email server/provider.
- Please ensure all delivery information is correct. If there is incorrect or missing information, we may be required to contact you to update the delivery information, which may cause delays in delivering your order. Delays may also occur as a result of customs clearance.
- Your local customs office may require additional documents and time to clear your package, which may delay the estimated delivery time.
- Your order may be delivered to you by either the local post office or a local courier. Depending on your area, most orders will be delivered by your local post service, so the package will be received with your regular mail. If you are not home when the delivery is made, a notice card may be left by the postal service to advise on how and where your delivery can be collected.
- Please fill in your address in all details, otherwise, the package we mail to you will be returned to us, or we will just ignore your request to save everyone the trouble.
Potential delays can be expected due to a high volume of orders or postal service problems or COVID19 Lockdowns.
Also, please be advised, we are taking all safety precautions in adherence with the CDC guidelines.
